Can the most healthy person still die from SN?

Just wondering...
If the most healthy person sticks to Stan's guide and PPH and take all of the drugs and don't be found for first 8 hours, can they still be alive?

Any idea is appreciated

Seems reliable if you don't vomit it up and take the recommended (not the minimum) dose.

It is very common for the people who take metoclopramide before drinking SN, they vomit too. But I saw people who vomited 3 times and they still died after ingesting SN. I think if you can successfully absorb 1/5 of the SN(5/25) then it is reliable. Second glass would guarantee death I guess. What are your opinions on this?
