i know it might be hard and awful, but don't let that get on the way of your recovery.I'm sorry to hear that sounds painful. I don't have dental coverage either… Welcome to America. You might need to go to the dentist anyway if the nerve is exposed or you're in for a world of pain.
probably have it extracted. Thats what I get for ignoring dental hygiene due to depression.
Extraction likely is the only logical route if you can't afford an implant. that is the route I would take in that position too. I'm sorry it's come down to that, and I definitely understand neglecting basic needs due to depression.

Hey. I'm sorry to hear this. What tooth is it? I will say, I cracked a tooth like a decade ago and ended up just getting it pulled when it started to be painful (like, two years after I cracked it). Since it's a molar, no one can see that I'm missing a tooth even when I smile -- and my teeth haven't shifted at all. I don't really think about it at all. Might this work for you? Getting a tooth pulled isn't too expensive.Oh god that's the worst I'm sorry :(
Where I live there just started being a few places that will provide comprehensive dental work for people on medicare/medicaid but there are big waiting lists. Some people go to Yuma AZ where they can see dentists for a fraction-of-the-cost right by the border, at Los Algodones?
Medicine should never be a "business" at all :(
