I know this isint really similar to the movies you listed, but perfect blue is very trippy imo. It threw my brain for a loop and is just a very cool and amazing movie that can really fuck with your head haha I really love it. (TW for SA though)

It's not a movie, but Serial Experiments Lain should be high on the list. It's only 12 episodes long. You'll breeze though it.

Suspira. The only giallo movie I've seen so far. Great lighting effects. Come in for the experience and setting, don't come for a comprehensive murder mystery.

I have watched Suspira already. Tbh, that movie feels like a LSD hallucination in its own right.

I'd recommend this anime called 'Sonny Boy.' One of my favorites of all time, it's definitely a surreal anime that is on a similar vein to Serial Experiments Lain but hits different notes. It also has amazing music and a great cast of characters. I could rant about it all day but give it a shot, the anime as a whole can be a very life changing experience, although it's hard to understand.

Waking Life is definetly my first to go choice for this one. The Holy Mountain by Jodorowsky or has surreal elements that make up a pretty trippy experience and Tetsuo The Iron Man feels like a really bad trip in some japanese drugs.
