Can my boyfriend go to jail if I use one of his guns?

But I will tell you using one of his guns is going to cause him incredible guilt (on top of the grief of losing you). He will likely blame himself for your death and that kind of guilt can be unbearable.

I would know, my boyfriend used my handgun and with his death and my guilt...well here I am. So choose your exit carefully.

However, he will feel incredibly guilty that you exited with his gun. I would try and avoid that. I think you can get a gun yourself.

I've seen it, and lived next to it where this happened once and it's not some awful "trigger" from my experience. Plus it's a valid and as full proof method as you can get and if you're really wanting to go why would you care about any of that – you wouldn't so your plea falls on deaf ears I'm more than afraid. Would you rather than poison themselves to be found in their own vomit piss and shit? The difference here is the same to me none it ends in death and that's what we're all here to talk about correct? I'm sorry but I think you're barking up the wrong tree.
No he will not get in ANY trouble as long as it was legally obtained. Although I'd suggest you get your own. I had a friend take his brothers shotgun to use to exit this place- it really messed his brother up.

By far the biggest concern will be that he is suspected of murder. Countless partners have been killed in such a way as to look like a suicide. If you kill yourself with his gun, a major investigation will be undertaken by the police. They will tare apart your personal lives and interview all of your friends/family. Any argument or disagreement you have ever had will be looked into. He will probably be subjected to a lie detector test, interrogation, and will may need to hire a lawyer. Some of his friends may even become suspicious of him if he doesn't have a good alibi. A search warrant may be issued and all of your belongings/computers will be meticulously analyzed.

Of course there is the possibility you know this, and you are actually him posting under a fake account to leave tampered evidence behind to support the argument for suicide ;) Just kidding, I think.

Look it up, but I believe the best way to do this is gun in the mouth pointing upwards. Not sure, but do research.

I however think GHB is a good peaceful and maybe less messy method.

My boyfriend has a lot of things I could CTB with - mainly a whole bag of unused H. But I will not use anything of his to CTB, as I don't want him to feel he was part of it. I do constantly tell him I want to die though!

Is it legally owned and stored properly? They might get him on some improper storage just to charge someone. Cops like to look productive. And as others say, this method is often used by killers. Investigation Discovery is full of these. He will be looked at heavily no matter what.
