I have the SN and tagamet acid reducer but I was not able to get the anti-emetic, I only have zofran prescribed from my doctor, will this work well enough? Also does anyone know how long it takes to lose consciousness?

There is some debate on the forum as to whether or not Zofran (ondansetron) works as an antiemetic for the SN method. My personal view would be that it is probably better than nothing, but that meto or one of the antiemetics from Stan's Guide would be definitely be preferable if you can possibly obtain it.

Typical timeframes for the SN method are clearly listed in both the PPH and Stan's Guide. Would strongly suggest you read these if you have not already.

SN is not my method, but I would never in my life use meto.
It causes dyskinesia, and Im extremely prone to it, getting it from like 80% of meds Ive taken. Its the worst feeling I have ever experienced, your muscles slowly contorting against your will
Most people dont have problems with this drug so why am I so unlucky, aaaa
