Know what causes an asthma attack for you. It's not the same for everyone. For instance I don't get asthma attacks from food or food additives so I plan to use SN, but someone that does get asthma attacks from food or food additives should look for a different method

yeah from what I remember i've never had an asthma attack from a certain food. and honestly regarding the SN idc if an asthma attack makes it a little more unpleasant, i just want to know if it will make it less effective

I get an asthma attack after I eat and I'm sure that would happen if I drank SN. I don't want to die from asthma, which is basically suffocating.
I'm not sure how much use of an inhaler would work. I don't use one and they don't help. What does help me is famitodine which I take with a meal. I don't know how much it would prevent an asthma attack from SN but I hope to find some other method.

good news for all asthma patients here: i also have bad asthma and since i plan to do the SN method, i've been looking into the whole asthma-betablocker issue intensively. turns out that (obviously) there are different types of beta blockers and some of them block both beta1 and beta2 receptors (so called non-selective beta receptor antagonists). propranolol is one of them. to ctb with SN we only need to block beta1. blocking beta2 is the problem for asthma patients - the asthma inhaler is basically helping beta2 so blocking it triggers an asthma attack. HOWEVER there are beta blockers that only block beta1 - for example atenolol! they are called cardioselective beta blockers which already shows that they are the ones we need. we want an impact on the heart. so if you take atenolol to block beta1 and then use your asthma inhaler to stimulate beta2 you should be fine. that's what i'm gonna do.
