If I can are there videos like on YouTube or somewhere else that show you how thanks.
Is there a specific wood that I need and is it available in all countries. I'm in Canada but going to Lebanon were I'm hoping to ctb there.
Someone replied on one of my threads and said that charcoal in Lebanon is made mostly out of oak or orange trees so would that be good to make some charcoal (100%) carbon monoxide?

interesting question. there are of course youtube vids on making charcoal. i don't remember what type of wood was used or if it produces 100%? co... never really saw a purity rating for that. what i did see was that you'd need a large steel drum and ample outdoor space. it will surely attract a lot of unwanted attention.

Couldn't you just burn regular wood and get it to smolder to emit CO? I would assume (maybe I'm wrong) that common charcoal you can buy in the store in the US is loaded with chemicals to keep it smoldering
