I don't know. Could you do a test with a CO meter? this way you could check how long it would need to build a lethal concentration inside and if it could be reached at all.
I've thought about using generator in vehicle with no co shutoff. There's ways on YouTube to bypass the safety feature. Sounds like it could be a peaceful exit. So jealous when I hear of an accidental death due to CO. This is my backup method, if unable to get SN

You can look for it on amazon or similar stores, but you'd need one for 10000ppm. In any case a CO meter is very helpful to know the actual concentrations.
