Can hydroxyzine be used as an anitmetic with SN?

Hi everyone,

I have been lurking for a couple of weeksand learned about SN which I received a couple of weeks ago.

Now I am ready to focus on sedatives and anitmetics.

As I have access to hydroxyzine, and as taking the minimum doses already works really well for me as a sedative, I am planning to use the highest amount it to lower anxiety and stress. They also mention about the anitmetic properties as well, can this be used in combination with SN?

It is a dopamine antagonist so I think it would but I'd try to get the ones listed on the mega thread, as for it being a sedative, its used to treat sleep disorders so it might work

When choosing an anitmetic look for one that is a dopamine antagonist, that is what helps with SN.
