For security reasons, for D's security, I don't think anyone is going to answer this question outright. And I understand if this sounds stupid to you and makes no sense, but you can use the search function and find out where D is. I know it makes no sense that I, maybe anyone, won't answer it right here, but yet you can search and find your answer, but it just that way. There have been many discussions about it. Sorry.

you could also just go to a country you're positive D has delivered to and get it shipped there, it doesnt have to be D's country in particular
