At a guess, it sounds like you are expecting someone to directly explain a whole bunch of stuff to you, when you would really be better off finding an existing beginners resource to do this. @Brick In The Wall links to a good one above, although you don't need to use one from this forum, and I'm sure there are even better video-based guides on YouTube etc.
