Help Buying SN in US and shipping it to France ?

I have though of buying SN from a seller in the US, shipping it to a warehouse of a company that will then ship it to me in France.
But I need to fill a form for the customs and I don't know if it won't be taken as SN is restricted in France (i think its so hard to find).
I don't know what to do to have SN. I saw other post talking about sellers but I don't know were to find the information to buy from them.
What could I write in the form for it to pass customs? Are there other methods for getting SN in France ?

I recommend looking for sellers in Europe that are outside the EU. That said, even if they do send it to you that doesnt prevent the customs goons from confiscating it. Best of luck!

You could also save up money and wait for the covid government maniac controls to die down, get a flight to a country where you can purchase it, get a hotel room and take it and end it there.

If you really can't find any non-US vendors, you can try using a freight forwarder that receives the SN from the US vendor then reships it to your location.

finding someone isn't the issue. it's going to be finding someone who doesn't require valid proof of a business license and doesn't go through customs bc with all the heat in it they will take it if found and reports to police and you may get sectioned or at very least a visit and if you lied about a business and forged proof you may get charged fraud. so please be very careful if you do this...

Lol just found this false reason on another forum: "I have a sausage cellar and I need SN to get the specimens through the winter".
Sadly on that forum the conclusion seemed to be that it is illegal for a citizen to own SN :-\

Not anymore. It's illegal in many areas now. Customs also is cracking down on it and will take it ASAP and likely will send an officer to do a welfare check if not a possibly section. It's been all over the media with suicides so they've caught onto it. This is all pretty recent.

This is untrue. There are still a few sources within the EU and no customs will be involved because of the free movement of goods. In addition, it's illegal in many EU countries to sell to particulars, but that doesn't mean posession is illegal.

Doesn't mean it's not illegal lol. People will still sell it and stuff can get by customs, sure, but that doesn't change that it's illegal in France regardless of where you buy it and if caught that person could get in a lot of trouble so I'm not sure this is something I would be using personal experience on when the law is very clear and it's so current right now with all the suicides that were reportedy to various media outlets by family. OP can do whatever at their own risk but I still am going to inform them of those risks, they deserve to know that prior to making that choice.

I ordered again three days ago and now they asking for ID number or professionnal things. I completed my ID number (bc don't care) and my order is in preparation. Nothing more. I don't even know if they check the ID number.
