Help Buying SN in Egypt

I wonder If anyone sells SN or can tell me how I can get it without the troubles. Or maybe suggest other methods similar to SN which can be done easily in Egypt.

I'm sorry I can't help you with SN but did you consider the CO method (using charcoal)? Everything you need should be available easily in Egypt. Properly prepared the CO method is very peaceful and no SI disturbs in the cruicial moments.
