I've verified reincarnation , not as a whole.. take what I say with a grain of salt, but I firmly believe energy can not be destroyed, therefore I will end up somewhere .. in some other form. To me suicide pacts don't sound like the best idea as after all other people cannot be relied on, it sounds like a suicide pact could just potentially lead to more complications but anyway I wish you the best with your plans and I hope that when the time is right for you to leave you find the freedom you search for.

I don't personally believe in any reincarnation theories, the thought of such a thing sounds so horrible but I just believe we cease existing after we are finally free from this world and there is just nothingness for all eternity.
