Broke blue plastic thing off bottle of N

Is my bottle now open/no long sealed airtight ? It's just the blue plastic over cap I was playing with it just looking at and like a idiot I broke it.

Don't worry, the same thing happened to me aswell. They're really fragile but as long as the rubber cap is in place, it's alright.
