Venting Breathing is hard

When the night anxiety and depression hits me it's getting hard to breath.
This happen almost every day, but today I'm literally gasping for air. Breathing feels extremely hard my lungs are heavy as hell.
I want to cut my throat open just to breath again

I completely understand, your not alone. I have cptsd and I get daily flash backs of old trauma and abuse while still going through the same old abuse. Something that helps me splashing myself with cold water. I'm sorry you're going through this shitty situation
