These are the kinds of activities that will heal all wounds and ailments.

The one that I am very fond of at the moment is called tree of life. Starting from your anus, breathe up through your intestines, spinal cord, organs, heart, throat, brain, and crown of your head, and then breathe down into your body from the crown of your head to your brain, throat, and into your heart. Push the breathe into your heart and move all of that energy through your entire body. Let that flow permeate your entire being.
