Story BPD impulsivity and overdosing

I've overdosed twice this month and it made me get really bad flu and go to the hospital even though I know od isn't the way to go but this shitty illness makes me so impulsive that I do it without even thinking

I was diagnosed BPD 20 years ago. It sucks so bad! I'm told DPT theory helps but I haven't been able to do it yet for various reasons
