If I wanted to do all these things and now I have abdominal pain from not shitting, so do I delay going to hospital to increase chance of death?

I don't have home or hotel, I don't even want them to save me but may need surgery? Wtf?

What twisted logic, if I had balls I'd hang myself, but maybe the surgery kills me, which it prob will because I have no appetite no sleep unless on benzos, even anesthesia wonder if it will knock me out.

Oh God, my mental was already agonizing, I have noose setup, but low to ground tempted to use it, can't eat, shit, sleep or fuck, why me?
