So hotel for CTB.

Do I tip them so much that they cant say no or does that raise too much suspicion?

Also using cash as paymenbt but that one is pretty obvious

Why anonymous? You are just someone paying for a hotel room. What is so suspecious about that? No needs for bribes just act normal and you should be okay.

Say no to what? Just check in like a regular guest and do your thing. Just do it in a way that won't traumatize any of the staff. E.g. lock yourself in the bathroom and leave a clear note that police and/or ambulance should be called because you have CTB. No need to expose housekeeping to the scene.
