If you are experiencing symptoms of brain bleeding then you should try contacting emergency services immediately if you haven't already.
Unless you mean that in the literal sense (as in the brain feeling the blood pooling in it)? The brain itself is unable to feel tactile sensations so I'd imagine that it shouldn't be possible for you to feel it bleeding. You would only be able to tell as a result of other symptoms, such as dizziness and sudden severe headaches that are usually described as "thunderclap" headaches.
