Ty for responding. I know that propanol is used before SN. But it looked like the member was saying the beta blockers themselves were the method?Yes, many made it just with it. But doesn't seem to be 100% sure. I also wanted to take propranolol only at first. Have a look in the forum and on the Internet for Propranolol OD. But then I came across these threads during my research and changed my plan:
