I didn't plan it, I was driving and in less than a second I realized I wanted to do it in that moment. I had a lot of permanent injuries. That's why now I want to plan it and I want to be sure to do it properly

SN is a pretty painless CTB method, and the materials for it are relatively affordable and easily accessible.

Hanging full suspension you'll be out in seconds a lot faster then SN IMO

This website is quite easy to navigate. You will find many threads on many different methods. What's good for one person may not be good for another so you really do need to do your own research into this. I mean, killing yourself is quite serious, so a serious effort should be put into research, planning and implementing.
Although, the ones done on impulse seem to be the successful ones haha how ironic.
