Discussion Best way to swallow pills

Hi all,

I use an easy way to swallow pills I have 7 different sized vitamins so when I remember to take them, I can't be bothered to take them individually so here is my tip?

Sitting down keep your head level then place all the pills in your mouth and drink lots of water filling your mouth up, when full move your head back slowly, and the pills move to the back of the throat, and then swallow all of them.

I found this such an easy method, practise makes perfect.

I took 100 pills (yes, for real) last year when I tried to ctb and I just gulped them down with alcohol very easily. I guess that's the only advantage I have when it comes to ODs lol.

It took me about 20 minutes. I guess that's why I passed out immediately after I took the last ones.
The amount of pills I took in each "round" was 10! I just gulped them down as if they were food while drinking beer haha.
