Best type of rope and what size for hanging?

I need help for finding a type of rope that is strong and can support my weight as well as a rope size.

My method is full hanging

Hello, the rope I suggest is a 12mm braided polyester one. It's very strong while also being smooth on the skin. An excellent choice.
