I have Claritin, Benadryl, a few pain relievers and, bonus, trazadone although I'm almost out and my boyfriend may not get his hands on some more soon with this virus.

CTB by OTC = Good Luck. Unless your country sells some good stuff OTC.
Forum please correct me if i'm wrong.

Also please check previous threads on this topic. I think you will get some input from those.

You have been given practical and real advice from other members yet you're frantically posting another thread.

I would like to comment that most attempts with acetaminophen are from young adolescents. Perhaps you may have lied about your age on here, and in that case, please do not use this website. There are outlets to help you at your fingertips, as in such there are also resources to help you in a peaceful exit, too.

Acetaminophen will not kill you in a peaceful way. In fact the survivability of overdosing on acetaminophen is high. Someone would likely come out of an overdose attempt with GI bleeding, tubular necrosis, or more commonly liver damage.

A site search of the term Tylenol will answer your questions, they've been asked lots of times, so you'll get lots more answers by searching, along with the replies you receive on this thread. In general, OTC overdoses are ineffective and can cause a lot of physical harm plus survival. You may also want to site search OTC overdose and Benadryl or diphenhydramine overdose.

There is a reason Tylenol and Ibuprofen are sold OTC. Trying to OD by them is not a swift, advised or guaranteed method. It's not like the good ole barbiturates from years gone by, they handed them out pretty easily.
The other members have already mentioned some of the possible outcomes.

Please note that at the bottom of the stickied Resource Compilation thread, there is a link for checking drug interactions if you're also considering med combos.

Tried it before with a cocktail of Benadryl and coricidin HBP. Didn't go well was found and taken too hospital. Doesn't work unless you want to be in the hospital for god knows how long with liver failure.

Technically this is OTC. What you need are 2m2b, Loperamide, and theobromine + black pepper extract. I haven't tried the method yet, but it seems promising enough to be one of my options.
Antiemetics are a must however.

Any resource that you can show us about that?

I've tried a lot of combos over the years and none have obviously worked. I've gone unconscious but always woke up. The closest I got was with a hefty Tylenol od. This was living hell tho and I was in the ICU for a few days and was extremely sick for the next 2 months. This was over 6 months ago and I still have bad liver issues. I think there are better ways to Ctb imo.
