I just graduated from NYU and this fall one of the new first year students jumped in front of an oncoming subway. I take the subway daily and always feel so drawn to the edge. What a cool way to die. That first year had so much more courage than I feel I ever could. I feel like a lot of people accidentally survive when they jump in front of the trains though, which is why I really hesitate. Nothing would make me happier than to die knowing that I fucked over a lot of people's morning commutes.

"Best" has no meaning. It's what you value and what trade-offs you're willing to make. Painless? Surefire? Does not disfigure the body? Simple? Fast? Easily available? Can be made to look like an accident? Consider your criteria and go from there.
