Depends on the nature of your anxiety. Care to elaborate a little more about how it manifests?

I would definitely avoid benzodiazepines even if you were certain you could limit to a PRN basis. Buspar can be helpful and doesn't pose the same kind of dangers as the benzos. The famous propanolol could be useful for physical symptoms.

It's very severe, typical panic attack symptoms most of the time. I know, it kills me that benzoes is the only thing until now that has actually helped. Buspar. I will search it up. Thanks
