I'm aware that paracetamol is unlikely to work but im inpatient on section 3 and its the only medication ive managed to stock pile so its all i have right now. and there's the small chance that it could work.
so my question is what is the best liquid to take with an intentional overdose? i can try to get hold of alcohol, but is there another that works well? energy drinks, milk, water etc

I'm SO sorry you are suffering so much. I know it's not what you want to hear but I very much doubt this will work. I think it's not a very effective way to CTB and I imagine it takes a long time to die. If you are under observation, I imagine the staff there will notice a change in you and likely take counter measures before much harm has been done.

I could be wrong of course but I imagine all you'll end up doing is prolonging your time there and possibly get yourself put under a stricter watch- if they think you'll try it again. I'm sorry- just my opinion. I wish you all the best though- whatever you decide.

Nope, paracetamol will hurt your liver more than anything, so it can be a painful and awful dead. I don't recommend it to you. It can take days till your liver fails completely then you can die, but as a consequence of the paracetamol.

Yup, took a bunch of paracetamol last year and my liver is still suffering.

Please, don't do this. You will just be in a lot of physical pain. Impatient is difficult, I know. but this won't make your situation easier. Find a better method when you're out and have more resources.

I wish you the best, OP:heart:

Please don't take paracetamol in an attempt to end things. It will make your situation 10x worse and you'll end up inpatient for longer anyway. It will do nothing but damage your internal organs and you'll be in severe pain.

I did this once. Please do not do it. It will just make you extremely sick. You will not be able to stand. Your head will be spinning and you could be throwing up for 12+ hours and doing damage to your teeth and throat too. It will not kill you and likely just do damage to your liver. Liver failure is EXTREMELY painful too and is not a way anyone wants to go. Sending love.

Do not ctb this way. All it will do is cause liver failure and you will be in extreme pain. Plus since you are under observation at the moment, they will catch you and perform life-saving maneuvers. Which will most likely lead to you being there longer.

I really worry you're setting yourself up for more pain. This method is unlikely to work and when it does it is excruciating and if it doesn't kill you, your chances of ulcers and also severe painful liver damage are a high possibility.
Please look into other methods as I can't bare the thought of someone dying this way having seen it. It's not a quick death and is agonizing.
I'm sorry you're suffering. Wish we all had an easier way out of our pain and suffering.
