Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Fentanyl, heroin, OxyContin (in order of effectiveness). I think opiates are probably the easiest drugs to OD on.

Pure fentanyl is hard to find.
Heroin isn't so strong that you can dose effectively nasally that you know that you will definetly die.
Oxycodone is extremely expensive and if you take it orally you probably need an anti emetic, if you take it nasally then it has the same problems as heroin.

In North America for adults between the age of 18-40 overdoses are the most common cause of death. 2/3 of the overdoses are fentanyl. I think those statistics speak for its effectiveness.
