What drugs can I easily get from a dr in the US that will cause a fatal overdose? I already have 5 grams of propranolol and about 20 tramadol tablets. I am not confident that I will be able to die from those pills and definitely not die peacefully. I have rheumatoid arthritis and degenerative disc disease so I might be able to get more pills. What should I ask for and what do I need to say to get it?

To be honest I've been researching propranolol overdose and it's seems like if you have enough (which is hard to work out cause some people seem to die on very little others survive a lot) but it seems like if not found most people do die and even those who are found it seems like a struggle for medical people to keep them alive. Cardiac arrest seems to be the cause of death most often from what I've read. Which I'm guessing you don't feel really cause you fall unconscious pretty quick. There's a lot of news articles and quite a few academic papers online surrounding propranolol deaths. Obviously as with all overdoses it's not a sure fire way to secure death and could go wrong but as with most methods it seems as long as you give yourself a bit of time where you won't be saved or found and if you don't call for help it seems like it could work
Idk much about your medical issues but do either of those cause pain? Might be worth trying to get prescription opioids cause that would help you be drowsy / depress your breathing when you OD

Yes I'm hoping I have enough propranolol but I can't get any more for a month and a half and then I've read stories on here about people who survived but they weren't clear about how much they took.

This sounds bad but I always take survival stories regarding OD with a pinch of salt, how much did they take, how quickly where they found, did they call for help there's so many variables that people tend to leave out of their anecdotes
