Best countries to travel to to order N without risk of customs

I'm getting really desperate. If you've secured N before (maybe from D), can you list the country you're in, and risk of getting in trouble with customs based on local laws (1 - 10)? I'm in Taiwan and I think the risk of jail time is very high, so I'm contemplating traveling abroad, the order N from the location I'm staying in.

From what I gathered so far:

-US (high success rate, low risk of law troubles)
-India (same)
-UK (high risk of law troubles)

Any where else?

Hmm are you saying this from experience or knowledge of the laws/ customs in Taiwan? Because I live here, and from everything I know, it's very strict and intrusive.

I dont know about Taiwan. I live in Saudi Arabia and I know for a fact our customs is the most strict in the world yet I had no problem ordering because D does a good job of disguising the bottles and making them look skin care with convincing labels and all

This is purely based on some comments on SS I've read recently from UK posters. That's the impression I get, but I could be completely wrong. You can do a search on Google for "site:https://sanctioned-suicide.net/ UK N" to browse through those threads yourself.

Pretty certain the chances of anything more than confiscation , maybe a fine or possession charge in the UK are very low and the worst thing likely to happen. There are maximum sentences for all sorts of things but they're there to resrict sentencing in worst case scenarios not to inform sentencing in best case acenarios which I would assume a couple of bottles of N for personal use would fall under. If you were refularly ordering large amounts and selling it that would be a different story. Probably quite lucrative actually, but unwise.
