Best Benzos for SN?

Hi guys,
I have my sources for SN and Meto covered now, now all I need is some Benzodiapezines to calm me down and decrease the heart racing while I will be dying. Well and painkillers for the headache but that should be easy to get

Whats the best Benzos for SN Method? Factoring in effectiveness of calming you down or even making you fall asleep, and availability, because im pretty sure you cant just go grab these off the shelf

I mean i researched a little and their strength and effectiveness all vary, which is the one that people usually use here and in what kind of dosage?

PPH recommends 500mg diazepam, 600mg oxazepam or 50mg bromazolam. These dises seem very high though. But a fairly large dose of any benzo with a fast onset time (15-30 minutes) should work.

I highly recommend bromazolam if you can source RC benzo, it's the best all round benzo imo most pressed bars are bromaz. If not some alprazolam and clonazepam both at dosages of 200mg plus

I only have lorazepam available. Can anyone tell me how much of this I should take to just calm myself down but not completely pass out? After all, the latter is not recommended with the SN method....

They are considered a weak benzo and anything under a box should be fine in terms of not passing out depending on what mg u have

Actually it's the other way around, Alprazolam is slightly stronger than Bromazolam. Most internet sources say 1mg Alp = 2mg of Bromazolam, but I think it's more like 1mg Alprazolam = 1.5mg Bromazolam.

As for OP @WonderfulWeatherDIE any megadose of an RC benzo would be sufficient, but maybe stay away from Bretazenil, Pyrazolam, Gidazepam/Bromonordiazepam, and Rilmazafone since those are kinda weak RC benzos, and the other options are usually sold right beside them. The current best stuff on the legal RC market is Nitrazolam and Flubromazepam, since Bromazolam and Clonazolam are now scheduled in the USA. But Nitrazolam, Flubromazepam, and Flubrotizolam are all extremely potent as well.

Alternatively you can find Chloral Hydrate online quite easily on a popular Chinese site that sells assorted items like eBay. Chloral Hydrate is arguably more sedating than benzos and also retains their anxiolytic activity. It acts on the same GABA-A receptor, but in a different way and taking more than 2g will allow you to sleep on a slab on concrete. It tastes vile though so make sure to encapsulate it, and know that if temperatures are above 15-20 C or 50 F the Chloral Hydrate will melt and deform standard gelatin capsules within 1h, making them taste bad. Also make sure to down an entire cup of water with Chloral Hydrate as it is pretty caustic and this will prevent any nausea.

It was a prescription sedative until 2012, but is now scheduled in the USA. Although it has many uses in labs for microscopy, so buying it from said Chinese retailer, which sends it in a tub that look like it belongs in a lab, always made it past customs for me just fine, even the 500g bottles.

Make it a high dose and take it so that you don't fall asleep before ingesting SN. Depending on the dose, that can be as little as 5-10 minutes.

PPH recommends drinking the Benzos after SN. But that book targets physically ill or elderly people. So, I guess "just right before" should be fine.

PPH recommends 500mg of Valium. That would be the "equivalent" to 25mg Xanax, according to https://www.benzo.org.uk/bzequiv.htm

If you want prescription benzos, there is always the Darkweb.

You might want to look into research chemicals. Bromazolam, mentioned in this thread, is an example of RCs. However, their availability and legal status are different in every country.

10mg temezpam is equivalent to 5mg Diazepam... so I need 500 10 mg tablets... this is ridiculous, surely any higher amount of benzo than usual will do the trick. I've never heard of this choral hydrate drug. Have u a link u can send me that can deliver to uk?

Yeah most benzos are stronger than Diazepam and Temazepam, like 500mg Diazepam is only 30-50mg of Alprazolam (Xanax) or Clonazepam (Klonopin or Rivotril) and they make 2mg tablets of both of those which is like 20-30mg of Diazepam in one pill.

Regardless, it is kinda silly to ask for 500mg diazepam when you could just add other sedatives to increase the sedation. As for the UK, I don't know they regulate RC's heavily there but I'm sure small amounts make it past customs, I have gotten Carisoprodol and Tapentadol from India through Spain and USA customs before, both are controlled substances but usually make it through in small amounts (100-200 pills) so customs is just a gamble mainly regarding quantity of drugs purchased.

But in the UK there is otc Codeine, you could easily acheive the same level of sedation from 100-200mg Codeine (a non-nauseating dose) with 100-200mg of Temazepam. Then you could also ask your doctor about getting prescribed Quetiapine or Trazodone for sleep, maybe say you have an insmoniac friend that recommended it to you who is taking 50mg Quetiapine (Seroquel) or Trazodone at night and hasn't missed a night of sleep since. These are super sedating and not controlled substances but they are prescription only. Trazodone may be easier to get since it is an antidepressant, but some doctors also hand out 25mg Quetiapine like candy.

Then the Chloral Hydrate I have gotten past USA customs twice. Once at 100g and the other time was 500g. It states that it is lab grade and comes in a bottle that looks like it belongs in a lab. It has uses in microscopy as well so I think this could be why customs looks the other way with CH. Not only is 2-3g super sedating and hard to stay awake on, 5-10g is described as lethal with CH. It does taste vile though so get some capsules for it.

But yeah idk much about the UK rc scene, I just know there is a blanket ban on RC's there so gotta be a little careful, although I have definitely seen some folk that got RC's in the UK so yeah it isn't impossible and again it is really just a gamble with customs and quantity, also having several suspicious items in one package makes it more likely to get seized. Just do your research before ordering to UK, most RC sites, specially the EU based ones, do not have their shipping policies hidden at all, they are very easy to see.

30mins - 1hr before is optimal since peak plasma levels from oral administration are at the 1-2h mark, but with heroic/super high doses it can make you very sleepy very fast, so 15-20 minutes is fine if you start to feel notably sedated by then, specially if you don't have enough benzos to try again. All that matters is that you feel some sedation when taking the SN.

Just bear in mind the benzos your taking are playing virtually no role in your death it's just the to make you feel nice and sleepy as u fade out so pop them as you see fit really. Xanax Is a fast acting short lasting benzo where as k pins last all day so take that into account.
