Benzos in Europe

Has anyone been successful with getting benzos from a doctor in Europe? What did you say to get them?
I'd like to get them for the SN method, but according to other users it's quite difficult to get prescribed benzos in Europe. Maybe someone had more success?

I've been in mental health for a few years, and at least here there isn't much of a problem. They are usually prescribed for anxiety, sometimes for sleep problems or to mitigate the effects of derealization/depersonalization.

I'm in Europe too you might need to go through an assessment process with a doctor before they prescribe. It might be easier if you already have an existing mental health condition which requires it. Maybe if you feel like your symptoms are becoming more unmanageable you can let them know and a doctor can access. In some psychiatric hospitals nurses just be dishing out lorazepam to any patient who show slight distress. I'm not saying to admit yourself plus you wouldn't be able to pile them up if you were detained in a hospital. It's just something I noticed and felt like mentioning since we are talking about benzos XD

Was it a psychiatrist or a normal doctor who first gave you the benzos?

In my case, it was my psychiatrist. Family doctors don't usually prescribe it.

I've been given them during an admission at a psychiatric hospital, they continue to prescribe it through your local pharmacy after discharge if needed. You don't need a hospital admission though if you go to a general doctor they can refer you to a psychiatrist who can then prescribe it for you although might take a while but at least you can get consistent prescriptions.

I was able to buy lorazepam on the DW but there are also legal benzos that you can buy on the internet (google benzo research chemical and look for a bit)

Benzodiazepines are readily available in France for your general practitioner.

I am from North Macedonia and i lied to my doctor that i had bad anxiety attacks and he perscribed xanax to me. Im gonna use them for my SN method to calm me down a bit before i drink my SN. I intend to skip on propranolol because I want to feel my heart beat fast for one last time before I go.
