From my experience with benzos they kinda make you just stop caring about everything, pretty difficult to feel strong emotions on them. Hoping this translates well to when you want to take SN, as I can imagine it eases the anxiety/stress/intensity a lot, but also have a hidden fear that after taking them I'll lose the strength required to CTB...

Yeah benzos are great for SI. I'm sure that when/if the time comes I'll have no problem doing it and it's exclusively because of them.Out of all the constituent parts, where I am, Benzos are absolutely the hardest to obtain.
