Help Benzos before partial hanging

Heyy. So basically my plan is CTB with partial hanging. I have everything ready to do it. But I just wanted to ask if it would be a good idea to take benzos before doing it because I felt very anxious when I tried before although I'm sure I want to do it. What do you think?

It could be really helpful. I plan to take benzodiazepines before partial, just don't take more than 5-7 grams, I heard that you can accidentally fall if you take 10 grams.
