When I don't take benzo I really wanna ctb but lack strength and nerve. When I do take one I feel calmer and not as scared and put it off. It's so annoying.

Hard to say,. Everyone reacts differently to different substances. Which are you talking about,. Xanax or what ?
Yeah when I'm in a panic attack and haven't take my klonopin I want to die and hang myself at that very moment regardless of what it does to my family. When I take them I feel Like I have to wait until I can find a way not to traumatize them.
