i'm no expert, but i'd say that clonazepam is probably the best option. it has quite a long half life and is among the strongest benzos that you can get trough doctors and prescriptions. but if you have access to designer benzos like clonazolam or frubrazolam then it would be much better, those are so unbelievable strong, even a small dose can put you to sleep regardless of tolerance.
xanax is also a good option, it's very strong but has a short acting effect, although i don't think that the duration really matters, SN usually takes less than an hour to do the job anyway.
valium may work but you need to take an insanely high dose, in my experience it also takes about the same time to take effect as xanax and clonazepam. the amount of pills may upset your stomach so i will definitely recommend the others unless this is the only benzo that you have access to.
and as for the doses, it really depends on how high your tolerance is but measuring this is quite hard, taking 25 of alprazolam or 30 clonazepam will knock out even people with insane tolerance, if you have more then you may consider taking them, but i think that the dose i mention will be more than enough and it's best to keep your stomach as empty as possible to avoid vomiting and waking up with tubes in every hole of your body.
also clonazepam is better at treating seizures, and even if those are rare with SN, it's better to prevent than regret.
