So there is a chubbyemu video on youtube, I wont link it, dunno if it would be considered promotion.

In it a teenager used a tube of bengay on his crotch. An ingredient in the bengay is apparently toxic when used in high amounts. He said the teen would have passed if he didnt get medical attention. It didnt seem a pain free method but I figure it might be a good shot if you want your ctb to be considered accidental. I dont know survival rates or anything but i am seriously considering this method. People sometimes use ointment creams to masturbate. Whos to say this you didnt just grab the wrong tube on accident.

Kinda reminds me of the individual who died because he inhaled aerosol deodorant.

Must've been some powerful spray. But I can see the harmful ingredients being absorbed by the skin in excess might be fatal even with aspercreme w/ 10% lidocaine.

sad that hyrdrocarbon gases which easily accessible are overlooked as method, they cause the heart rhytm disruption according to some scientific papers which i think is the main cause of aerosol can deaths, sometimes they used in combination with plastic bag so in this case death can be atributed to passing out with smothering with the bag on the head. i sniffed them directly from an aerosol can and i felt funny and after each inhalation i blackened out and fell in narcosis. tho to use it as reliable method 5l propane/butane mixture tank is needed unfourtunately, but i know that it's likely that bag or mask dont needed, one can just pass the tube from the gas tank directly in the mounth and turn on valve up to the stop. i did with refrigerant tanks and it seems to work in order to get high. caveat is that these gases are explosive

death from plant salycilates doesnt worth it. there's plants containing much more toxic and reliable compounds like aconite, delphinium, hemlock etc, at least you can ingest sweet clover in large amounts and possibly die from the same cause as of salycilaye poisoning i.e haemorrhage but with less amount of nasty symptoms as coumarine more targeted in physiological action than salycilates
