Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

As many others struggling to find a method to CTB, I only ended up with a belt since I can't find any other methods except using a belt to CTB. So I wonder how I can compress the carotid arteries with a belt to achieve what I want.

It´s possible to use a tourniquet instead (e.g. amazon, US$10,-, brandname: TIME).
If you want to read more about the carotid method, I can offer to send you a PDF book about it.
To get a feel for the regular use of a tourniquet, look for videos on youtube.

Could you send me the pdf, I'm interested
I tried to hang with the belt, you can't compress your carotid via your hands same with a belt if you are strangling via pulling the belt away you always weaken before you can pass out. A belt does work depends how you tie it etc where etc. I almost managed to pass out before my sI kicked in or I was doing it wrong idk

I think I forgot to mention that I live in Egypt which means most stuff are harder to get than it is in countries like US and Canada, but yes, I would appreciate the PDF book.
