One thing I'm still curious. Actially, should we breath in before we kick the stool below us when we do hanging or breath out first

I'd say: breath out, in order to pass out more quickly. It may just be a matter of seconds thougv.

It probably does not matter. Good rope, knots and securely tied to something strong gets the job done.

I think it doesn't matter too. Just take care the rope is enough strong and knot greased. Blackout will happen in 10-15 seconds

Read somewhere that it's best to take a deep breath before doing it.

You're looking to cut off.bloodflow, not oxygen

Hyperventilation can result in dizziness but principal mechanism is cut-off of blood flow

Hyperventilation can be helpful.

Cut-off is pricipal mechanism, right.

Breathing and swallowing can be uncomfortable when the rope is tight, I breath in when practicing and it seems to work well as it is easier to not breath for the 10-15 seconds needed.
