Of confuse. Nobody should die alone. You've got to remember that so many people go there and don't jump and many go there and do so whatever happens, it's ok. Here if you need someone to PM, fellow jumper! X

I am so fed up now. I decided to stop driving and rest hoping to find a place to stay but even that is hard. It looks like it's the car
I am only half way now so will either have to set off again after rush hour or just sleep in the car.
I have a picture of my boy with me to hold as I go

When I left this afternoon, my friend was worried and I obviously didn't say where I was going but had switched my phone off until now. I just don't know what to do. Carry on, jump in the dark!
Cpn trying to get hold of me too. Friends may call the police I fear.

Can you get some kip in the car. Text your friends some excuse. See what tomorrow morning feels like. I'm not trying to stop you jumping, I just think CTB should be done calm and planned if you can, not rushed. I totally understand the time distortion that being so tired brings. Nothing makes sense and you cant even focus on what you are doing. The fear you must be feeling right now... Im so sorry you have to go through this in such a distressing way.

Perpetual crisis is horrible and draining. Nobody understands that without going through it themselves. I hope you find peace, CBT or no.

Cheap bed in a hostel nearby (hostelworld.com)? Or motorway services to have a warm up in Costa or something for a few hours? Hope you can find a place to sleep, even if it's the car with the seat down. Hoping you are ok

The pain is always what gets me. I don't think i could jump, falling off a roof was the worst.

It really depends on how high you go from and what you land on. If you are going into water with the depth to slow you down, there are chances of survival. Off beachy head specifically i understand the coastguard saves a couple people a year from the water. Trying to land flat (Belly flop?) might do the most damage, hitting water can be just like hitting concrete. And even if you hit rocks, There are chances of survival.

Changing your position in the air after a jump is something that takes a good amount of practice to get 100% right, i dont know how to explain that part. Air cadets was so long ago.... lol

If it's BH no you won't need to land on your head, anyway you land will kill you so honestly don't worry about that. Changing your position is hard as your body's natural SI will fight you mid air and you only have a few seconds. That's why I ended up landing feet first.
