The best isn't the highest, from what I've seen there is a ledge people base jump off that is vertical and in the day has stones and sand at the bottom. Other parts are more watery and have a gradual protrusion of cliff, so you'd jump and just hit the wall and bump your way down or onto another ledge or something. People have accidentally fell in these spots. So up past the lighthouse, possibly 30-40 minutes. But not all the way up. Been there once from a viewing point, and walked over the fields and fences, took 10 minutes. Many different entry points to high spots in all honesty. Peace. X
