Availibility of SN in France!

I am not a native of France but I came to France on Visa last year for studies ( I was already suffering from depression ) . I was hoping that I might be able to steer my life here but due to some reasons it didn't happened. I am thinking about ctb very soon.

Can I order SN in France by online shopping ? I was able to order it online in my home country but I don't know if it is restricted here or monitored by legal authorities since it is a developed country.

Can you please let me know the situation regarding sn in France if you are aware?
