• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

if they are going to save us from an attempt, it would at least be nice if they considered the consequences of that rescue.

a few minutes after i start, ok.
45+mins after theres no way i dont have brain damage or something, why does this sound ok to you at this point!!?

there should be a rule or at least an option.
rule: after X point do not resuscitate.
ok, picking the appropriate time on the "what if theyre not though" line is difficult, so a difficult option to make.
thats where the option comes in, if you rescue someone and theyre life is completely altered (the rescue wasnt exactly what one would call successful) Medical Assistance in Dying should be like a #1 option. if theyre life sucked before hand and they wanted to die, what are the chances theyd really want to continue in a worse life? of course what if theyre not in a state to be able to confirm or deny wanting it??

thats always the problem with it for both sides though isnt it....never being able to ask or trust responses
