Would drinking SN count as under influence? You don't need to be drunk to drink it. Now you made me wonder, maybe drinking a few shots of vodka before is a good idea. I have never seen anybdoy talk about it, I don't think it would mess with the method.

No, I need to be fully aware so I don't fail and put everything in order. So no drugs, alcohol or medication for me.
Each person will know the moment.. when oneself reach the point where you can no longer bear another second of this existence.

It is a risky move considering substances cloud your mind and reduce your coordination leading to possibly failing your attempt. Personally, I do not make an attempt until I feel completely ready to go which means I do not have fear and do not need substances.
