Assissted suicide in Belgium

Can someone give me some information about assisted suicide in Belgium? I live in another EU country and i took multiple antidepressants for OCD. I do not take them anymore but my quality of life is massiveyl reduced due to long term side effects and I believe i suffer from toxic encephalopathy from the antidepressants. This is definitely a real phenomenon (https://www.hormonesmatter.com/brain-long-term-lexapro-chemically-induced-tbi/) but I fear doctors wont believe me and label me as mentally ill. I heard that people with mental illness can get euthanasia in belgium. I researched the internet but i didnt find any usable information about this. Can someone send me some useful links, about how to apply, terms and conditions etc.? Thank you in advance. I am not suicidal now as these toxic encephalopathies can improve but i want a way out if it doesnt get better or even worsens

That was an interesting document. Thanks for the link. It looks like they have similar protocols to here in the Netherlands and the OP needs to know that I was advised when asking for euthanasia here that (at least for people with a mental illness) it can take up to 2 years to get euthanasia granted and that several therapies have to be undertaken first before they will even consider you.

That's sounds rough. Two years and additional therapies. The thing tho is that I don't suffer from mental illness per se but from toxic damage. Unfortunately this seldom shows up on routine mris. I will need to prove it through more advanced diagnostic techniques like spect or fmri but idk how I will get it. Wish me luck
