All talks about regretting not having CTB when young, wanting or not wanting to CTB, wanting or not wanting to give life another chance etc etc (almost half of the discussions in the forum) are trite and meaningless. As long as we don't have a method, we just can never know what we want or don't want. There is a big difference between trying to give life another chance because you feel the hope, energy and desire to try in you, and convincing yourself you want to just because you don't have an alternative, in the second case the fall may just be harder and there is nothing more painful than going in circles, feeling trapped in life, going from hope to hope to hope, then discovering your hope is just an artificial, last resort mechanism to hide the painful truth from you : you just don't have an alternative.
People (not those in this forum, but in general), talk as if suicide can just be done by a press of the button, and what matters is whether you are seriously "intent" on dying or not. Bullshit, without the method, it's impossible to know what suicidal people really want.
