I lost my high paying job, my significant other left me, I have erectile dysfunction meaning I'll never be able to have sex again plus I have severe depression. I am 39 yo male if that matters.

Anything can be a reason / Trigger to CTB, even something that may not bother others may hurt you. You reasons are valid. I'm sorry you are feeling this way. I wish you all the best with what ever you decide to do.
