Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Are there short people who wanted CTB because of their height?

How do you try to bear the fact that you are smaller than the others?

It is often hidden discrimination, such as discrimination against disability, which does not interest the media, for example in a society made up of grown-up and able-bodied people.

There is a discrimination, often hidden, which is called heightism.

Because of height, and heightism discrimination, short people are rejected by their partners, never find love, especially short men.

Short people often have lower salaries, unlike their taller colleagues, if they are not already discriminated against in hiring.

Short people are no match for fights against "normal" or even tall people, and are often victims of harassment, extortion, gratuitous violence, etc.

Im 5'6, short. Not the shortest ever but yeah, it sucks. But for me there are more reasons for wanting to CTB, it doesn't affect functioning and quality of life like severe mental illness for me

Apparently all people 5'9 (180 cm), for men, and (5'6 170 cm) are short, because heightism applies below this size!

I'm short. It's hard to say if I would want to CTB because of it since every other area of life has been fucked up but it doesn't help I guess. It's hard because I'm autistic too and therefore automatically different so standing out physically like this makes me feel even more different.

I am 5'4. That's really damn short, but Kevin Hart is the same height as me. I have much worse problems than being short, although I do wish I was taller.

I'm 5'3, it's not a main reason but it ain't helping either. It contributes to the feeling of never finding love.

I'm 5'8 which is quite short. It doesn't help my body dysmorphia and does somewhat contribute to wanting to CBT.

No, I'm tall.
Attention, this kind of answer, which is provocation, has no place in this thread of comments, because it can precisely push people of small stature to commit suicide! I hope you are aware of this. How many times are short people faced with this kind of comment "I'm tall", "I'm taller than you", "I only like tall and beautiful people"...

Especially in SaSu, people are fragile, desperate, at the end of their rope, asking for help, not provocation, because, at the slightest provocation too much, it's a tragedy. In this forum or elsewhere, like on Facebook for example.

In general, in SaSu, most people who want CTB get so much support, without judgments or provocations, that CTB can be repelled or even avoided and even started a new life. Of course, other people have been able to CTB or benefit from assisted death peacefully, in any case we hope that everyone's wishes are respected.

Provocation is extremely dangerous, it's like a psychiatrist provoking his patients. I witnessed a psychiatrist who behaved like that, he was tall, handsome, young, contemptuous, narcissistic, and I heard that patients committed suicide afterwards!

But the psychiatrist was covered by his hierarchy and his colleagues, claiming that the patient was too desperate and that nothing could be done about it, this psychiatrist was never prosecuted or struck off medicine.

We can speak, in these cases, of murder, an induced suicide is a murder in a way. Unlike assisted suicide, at the request of the person who can leave (help for CTB, VAD, etc.), and even euthanasia. This is why, in this forum, all the subjects are legal, legitimate, but, provocation has no place, nowhere.

Thank you for expressing these thoughts. I agree completely. This is NOT the site to bait, provoke or tease people.

I am 5'0. Female. I detest being short.
However, this is not my reason to constantly wish to ctb.
But it does not do me any good to feel another area where I am 'different.'

He just said he doesn't feel the same because he's tall.
